My poems have appeared in journals and magazines, including Sage Woman, Mad Poets Review, The Pegasus Review, Watermarks, Lucidity, Feelings of the Heart, and Sybil, and have received national awards and honors.
I am a member of the International Women’s Writing Guild, the National Association of Women Writers, the Pennsylvania Poet’s Society and Mad Poets Society.
I have an MA in Literature from the University of Warwick, England, and I'm a graduate of the three-year program in Psychosynthesis, a spiritual psychology training, as well as a graduate of Woman Wisdom® Training Levels One and Two.

For more than 10 years, I have studied the chakra system and have received in-depth training with Anodea Judith, Ph.D., focusing on the energy structures of the chakras, bio-energetic movement, and psychological and somatic chakra therapy.
I live in Valley Forge, PA with my husband, Peter, and two sons, Michael and Bo. I maintain a private practice as a Writing Mentor and Creativity Coach and Woman Wisdom® Teacher.
